Personal Introduction

Good morning! My name is Jenny  Quiroga. I’m BA in teaching English as a foreign language student at the UNAD in Bogotá, Colombia. I don’t have a specific semester.

I’m a teacher in a public school name’s Bosanova in Bogota city, now I’m working with  primary students this year. I really love my school because it’s one of the public bilingual schools in the city and this was the reason to start this BA.

I’m studying all my live. I really love the pedagogy, I finished my PhD in Education Sciences two years ago and I really believe in the education power to change the society.

For now, I’m really happy with learning the English teaching and I have big expectations with this course, In the first place I want to improve the didactic strategies for teaching, I want to be the best teacher for my students and I want to learn many things related to the purposes of teaching a foreign language.
